Exchanges for Our Line of Products:
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of package receipt, provided that the item is in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@happywires.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Customized Products
Customized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@happywires.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos showing the defect product and a description of the issue. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, including a replacement or refund.
