Return and Refund Policy for Happywires

However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we want you to know that we are here for you. Our return and refund policy has been designed with your satisfaction in mind, and we are committed to making sure that you are completely happy with your Happywires experience.
Returns for Our Line of Products:
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of package receipt, provided that the item is in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. This applies to Products under the "Catalog" section ordered without customization and/or personalization. Customization may include choosing a specific neon color, font style, background style, or requesting a specific size that is not listed on the public product listing page.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@happywires.com with your order number and reason for returning the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Customized Products
Customized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@happywires.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos showing the defect product and a description of the issue. We will work with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution, including a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are on us if the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or defective item. However, if the return reason is otherwise, such as a change of mind or wanting to exchange the item for a different design, size, or color, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is inspected to verify its condition. We will investigate any reported issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Once the inspection is complete, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Digital Rendering Vs. Actual Handmade Signs:
As our products are handmade and customized, please note that there may be slight variations and discolorations that occur due to the nature of the production process. Additionally, colors and shapes may appear slightly different than the digital mockup due to differences in computer screens and printer calibration. We kindly ask our buyers to take these factors into account and understand that they are not considered faults of the product.
