At Happywires, we take responsibility for our mistakes. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please report such issues to us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include photos of the damaged or defective product.
For returns due to other reasons, such as a change of mind or an exchange for a different design, size, or color, we kindly ask that the buyer covers the return shipping costs.
