- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- if any of its components are missing, such as a power supply or a remote control, please take a photo of the opened package showing everything you received in it
- Make sure to share this information with us within a maximum of 48 hours starting from the date the package was delivered to your address.
How will HappyWires resolve the issue?
Once we receive your email, we will investigate the case right away. Our support team will resolve the case within 3 business days.
What happens after 48 Hours of Delivery?
Our delivery insurance policy requires to report any damages within the 48-hour window. However, in case you could not report the damages within the stated timeframe, please reach out to us by sending an email to our Customer Support team: Support@happywires.com and we promise to investigate and come up with a fair solution within 3-5 business days.
